…the big plain fails…I mean a little setback…

So I was all happy that I was able to use my laptop and write blog entries while being at uni whenever I could….WHEN I saw the big flaw in my grand plan.

When I go to japanese class, it’s kinda impossible. Since it’s a separate school, I don’t got the login&password for getting on their wireless net. How stupid I felt when I tried to log on to the blog yesterday…lol.

Oh, well  I’ll just have to do it when I’m at my own uni instead. XD

Today I present a nice little OP to a nice eroge which is more like a visual novel then hentai game. Think of it as “Game with a good story and some sex scenes making it a seinen”-kinda game.

It’s called Kara no Shoujo and is made by Innocent Grey (funny how eroge companies use “innocent” and the like in their names, lol). The reason I’m showing it is because the weather is grey-ish over here, raining too, and because this eroge will have a hentai ova out next month.

I learned something new today!

Been as busy as I am…everything else will stand still, lol.

BUT!!!

I found out something today that I can actually do instead of just waiting it for to be weekend and then go “omg so much homework…guess I’ll wrote a post next weekend” etcetc

Today when I was at school, I saw a guy, writing a mail, checking his face book and writing a new entry on his blog!

After seeing it I decided that it was a nice idea to copy and do that. Sadly my laptop was at home, rofl.

Anyways from now on the mission is to have the laptop to the lectures and write a few entries (or atleast one pr week) from uni!

History of Scanlation (biased)

Like I said yesterday, I would write a new post yesterday, which I did but forgot to press on Publish before I went to bed, lol. This will now be done *clicks on publish* enjoy a little bit of history.

Scanlation is something that has been illegal since it started early morni……a few decades ago. Illegal because you take a licensed work, translate it and then share it with other people without the author or the manga company’s consent.

Some people think, it’s alright to scanlate the manga untill it’s been licensed in the country, they are living in (normally they think licensed = licensed in USA) which is wrong since it’s illegal before it was licensed in their country. It’s licensed from the point the company buy the rights to make it….which means it’s already licensed in the whole world when you can find the manga in the Japanese bookstores.

Then there are those, who thinks it’s alright to scanlate the manga since the manga company, that got it licensed in their country (in USA), are doing a bad work with their favorite manga, and they could do a better job themself…still illegal but they don’t care. If you want them to care then get the manga releasing company to do a better job, when they release the manga in their country.

In the end there are those who don’t give a damn about anything and scanlate no matter what. Since you can get your favorite manga and it’s all free, it’s okay in their eyes. We call them bastards….who should ####. >:D

From the start scanlation had the goal (the real agenda of scanlation) of promoting manga in their country and get it licensed by some manga/comic companies so you could buy it, or get more people to read your favorite manga aka making a fanbase. Of course this doesn’t hit entirely well with the company’s

First japanese class

I had my first “serious” Japanese class yesterday….gonna have one again tomorrow. When  I say “serious” I mean that I will take it much seriously then I’ve done so far. After having Japanese for the last  years once pr month (normally you meet once pr week but I didn’t have time to do so…) it’s only fair to Japanese and myself that I take it seriously this time.

So what did we do yesterday? …nothing much just learned the first 25 out of 50 hiragana alphabets in one go!

People were having headaches since it was a lot at once, lol. I was relaxing since I know my hiragana (know my katakana too but mix them up sometimes) so in the break I did the homework we had gotten for the weekend. Yeah, I’m a smart-ass…buzz off

So while I was doing it…you have to remember these are for people who never had Japanese before…I noticed something funny and noticeable. You had to take find the right romaji (roman alphabet) for the right hiragana word…and later write the right hiragane for the right romaji word.

Anyway, the words I stumbled onto while doing the exercises were stuff like:

Page 1: 3.ai (love) 4.kako(past) 5.kui(regret) ….Tell me did they take this out from a love novel?

Page 2: 6.suso (hemline) ….Yep, seems so >.> Can’t wait for the next page…zzzzz…

Page 3: 1.hifu(skin)….Omg erotic romance novel ~~~~

Page 3: 3. hone(bone) 4.shinu(die)…..Wtf! Did we just go emo and dystopia?

Page 3: 6. hiniku(sarcasm) …..No shit! lol!

/rant begin

There was once one British guy who bought a game from japan called RapeLay and then sold it on amazon.co.uk.

There were also once a feminist group in USA/England (not entirely sure) who noticed that game and then started a huge debate that span over the whole world debate in their country that Japanese eroge games were the cause for rapes in Japan and aired in the news for 5 mins.

There were also some Japanese TV news and the Japanese government who saw that they got the blame for all the rapes in the world and started to ban every kind of eroge in japan (think they went for every kind of hentai, lol)

As some of you readers know because you are normal sane people, rape in a movie doesn’t mean that you have to go rape someone on the street…..sadly some people doesn’t get it *points to a certain female group* and think that’s the reason for rape in the world. XD

Definition for Eroge;  ”An eroge (エロゲー erogē?, a portmanteau of erotic game: erochikku gēmu) is a Japanese video or computer game that features erotic content, usually in the form of anime-style artwork. ” (Thank you, Wiki)

Yeah, there are rape games, tentacle games, loli games, milf games, cheating games, demon games, highschool love games, work love games, gay games, lesbian games…heck even games for girls who hunts hunks in a male harem….well actually all kinds of eroge games. This doesn’t mean that every eroge is bad…people got their tastes, let them have it, no need to force down your taste on them. It’s not democrazy!

It’s like the topic; “Violent games makes psychos” started by another certain female group in some country -_-;;;; Instead of focusing on your kids and teaching what’s right and wrong, so when they become adults, they can become proper adults, it’s easier for them just to blame other things, in this case eroge/games.

Before I start on what I’m pissed at, I will tell you the truth: I’ve played the title in question, RapeLay.
